The #WATWB was created as a mission to negate the overwhelming negativity that has been present in our social media streams. For every negative news story in the world, there are plenty of positive, uplifting stories that show hope, compassion and the resiliency of everyday people who face insurmountable challenges. Our hope is to share heartwarming stories that lift the human spirit.
The last Friday of every month bloggers will share their stories led by six co-hosts, this month’s co-host will be:

Susan Scott ,  Lizbeth Hartz, Shilpa Garg, Mary Giese , and  Damyanti Biswas,

Social distancing and self-isolating to help slow down the spread of coronavirus isn’t easy, but for astronauts like Chris Hadfield it’s completely normal.

While far away from family and friends working in close quarters with limited supplies this is what astronauts must get used to while he is working for months at a time in space.

Recently Chris Hadfield posted a video called Astronaut’s Guide to Self Isolation to help those struggling with working from home or just feeling stir-crazy during the pandemic.

Please watch the video below ~ and keep your rocket ship safe.
