Witches Protection Program

By Michael Phillip Cash

The Witches Protection Program

Michael Phillip Cash has already proved himself to be a versatile author, having written nine books in a relatively short space of time. This one represents yet another departure for the author as we learn about a shady and little known, 232 year old department of the Government called the Witches Protection Program. Wes Rockville, having been a less than notable success at more conventional policing, is drafted by his father into WPP and soon finds himself in a world of powerful magic, scheming witches and dastardly, world threatening plots which he could hardly have imagined. Things become rather frenetic towards the end as Wes plays a key role as events unfold. This is a book where the reader needs to suspend disbelief and go with the flow.

Michael Phillip Cash writes in a way that just plays like a movie. This one would be a fabulous new TV series. Reading it is similar to watching an amazing movie play out in your mind. His writing is so descriptive and entertaining. His characters are so well written they pop off the page. I would say this book would appeal to any reader that enjoys a bit of witchcraft, but truly it will appeal to so many others. It is like a wonderful, suspenseful cop show, drizzled with witchcraft and supernatural fun, and then pumped up with an excellent storyline.

I just could not put this book down until it was finished. Left me wanting to read more adventures of Wes and Morgan. Hope this is just the beginning of a long and exciting series!
