Rock of Dimes

Rock for Dimes is a corporate battle of the bands held to benefit March of Dimes Canada‘s programs and services for children and adults with disabilities. Amateur musicians compete in this friendly fundraiser for the title of their city’s best corporate band. Bands can showcase their talents in front of a roster of Canadian music industry professionals, including Mike Reno, Dave Genn, Josh Trager, Andy Curran, Mike Fraser, Randy Staub, Paul Hyde, Jeff Dawson and many more.
Rock for Dimes takes place in ten cities across Canada (Vancouver, Calgary, London, Sherkston Shores, Windsor, Toronto, Montreal, Halifax Sault Ste. Marie and Edmonton). It’s an exciting way to rock out for charity in your community.

The 15th Annual Toronto Charity Road Hockey Challenge – Sept.15, 2013
For over 15 years the Annual Charity Road Hockey Challenge has been raising money for charity by organizing an annual road hockey challenge in GTA. This one day event brings together neighbours, families, athletes, hockey fans, local business owners and from all parts of the city to have fun while raising money for worthy causes. All proceeds benefit Stroke Recovery Canada, a program of March of Dimes Canada.
Toronto Charity Road Hockey Challenge

15th Annual Toronto Charity Road Hockey Challenge

A fun filled day of traditional “Charity Road Hockey”. Adult co-ed teams are formed with a minimum of 6 players and a maximum of 12 players, plus a goalie. Play is 3 on 3 plus a goalie and each player is asked to raise a minimum of $75 in pledges and there is a team registration fee of $200. Each team plays a minimum of 3 games.

This year a children’s play division will be added. Check back for details.
