We Can Do It!
This book written by Laura Dwight and published by Star Bright books, an independent publishing company committed to producing the highest quality books for children. Deborah Shine established this company in 1994 with the goal of making “Great Books for Great Kids.”
Star Bright recognizes that to inspire a life-long love of books, it is important for children to begin building that relationship at the earliest possible age. They believe that all children should see themselves in print and Star Bright makes a determined effort to include children of all colors, nationalities, and abilities in their books they teach children in preschools and elementary school about their friends who have disabilities and handicaps.
In the book “We Can Do It” we meet several special children and discover what they can do.
